Lavender and Rosemary Boost Your Memory and Mood

Rosemary – Rosemary oil is rich in a very potent chemical compound which is called 1,8-cineole, that has been proven in numerous medicinal and scientific studies, to help to enhance memory, both short, and long-term, as well as helping to improve other cognitive functions in the process. What’s more, rosemary is also packed full of powerful compounds which actually help to prevent the breakdown a chemical responsible for the production of brain cells responsible for logical thinking and memory. This chemical is called acetylcholine, and the more of it you have present, the better.
